We commit to zero harm to people, environment and property, efficient and total customer satisfaction and improved value for our shareholders. Our management system is consistent with international and organizational standards, legislation and other relevant requirements.
We undertake to ensure that our management system is developed, documented, implemented and maintained in a manner that is both understood and effective at all levels in our business, to enable us to:
Identify, assess and manage risks to our employees, clients’ employees and the environment;
Commit to achieving leading industry practice and recognition
Meet and where appropriate, exceed applicable legislation;
Lead and develop our people and provide resources to achieve our targets;

In addition to the above stated commitments, the following mechanisms, as required in terms of the provisions of the OHS Act, ISO NEMA, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 shall be implemented at each premises of Mafahla Medical Supply Engineering as standard HSE procedure:
1. Audits and risk assessments;
2. Safe method statements;
3. Analysis of HSE workplace committee inspections and incident investigations being in place to ensure ongoing compliance with the OHS Act, ISO 14001, NEMA, OHSAS 18001 and COID Act requirements;
4. Thus creating a working environment that is safe and healthy for all stakeholders.
